Update: Well, we got a tank for the frog, bought some rocks and decorations and caught it some bugs and were taking good care of it.
Then this morning we came in and the lid was off, the rocks in the tank were askew, and the frog was gone. Our cat was laying on the floor below where the tank was looking very pleased with herself. No idea what happened but I think our cat might have a taste for frog legs.

Every few months dad would have to buy the neighbors new goldfish cause our cat would eat them. Little bastard couldn't catch the clap but goldfish trapped in a small pond was his idea of big game. One time a dead bird fell out of a tree and almost landed on him, poor bugger had a panic attack and hid under my folks bed for 6 hours.
