Open Practice Review

I didnt even know that alec, derrick, and enes were not gonna play lol. I probably would not have went if i would have known. Im glad i went though..... it was lots of fun

Well if Hood is ready for minutes than I really don't want to pay Hayward. Sign a vet to back up Hood and let Rodney start.

Fish, great recap. The only thing I'd add is that a few of Exum's passes were fairly off, his teammates had to stretch unnaturally to get them. It seemed to happen most when Exum was passing over the top of his defender.

Afterward Exum still seemed a little flustered/overwhelmed when signing autographs and Ian Clark told me he's going to get the MVP again this year, "got to stay undefeated."

Fish, did you see any resemblance of an offensive system or style?
Not really. They pushed the ball alot and though it seemed like burke was the primary ball handler, they would also through outlets to other ball handlers.

They did run alot of pick n rolls with trey and dante and hood was spacing the floor well. They didnt go to the post much but that probably has alot to do with gobert being limited offensively.

I fell for hood. I really really hated that we picked him. I wanted mcdaniels, anderson, or early way more.

I was very very wrong. I love hood now. Guys with jumpers that pretty get me every time. And he is WAY more athletic than i thought.
Not as good of a jumper as evans but i bet he is a better jumper than alec and probably favors. One if his dunks in warmups had to duck his head so it didnt hit the rim. Swear to god, no matter what fabtrey might say
