You don't think there are power brokers within the LDS church who influence local politics?
Exactly how naive are you?
Specifics please. How did these "power brokers" within the LDS church influence the local populace into voting for Hatch?
This is fun. I love these fairy tales you keep pulling out of your *** and then have the gall to call me naive.
If you want to attribute Hatch's winning to his spending, then fine do that. But claiming the LDS church manufactured a win for hatch against a FELLOW LDS church member (who is probably more conservative than even Hatch) requires just a tid bit of factual data. Interesting.... Of which, you have yet to provide.
Again, your argument about "age superiority" kinda crashes too when you consider the age difference of Mike Lee and Bob Bennett. Are you going to claim that the church didn't side with the elder on that one? But it did with Hatch? So what determines whether the church will side with the candidate with an older age?
Just recently in local politics, Dana Layton, a younger candidate who is FEMALE ousted the older and more experienced Repub Brad Daw (Male) for the house of reps. Mia Love, a young BLACK woman ousted an older white LDS male. Where was the LDS church there?
Typical of you. I'd expect nothing less. Embarrassing you is so easy.
