Cut Lucas now. Simply he is unwatchable.
As soon as Burke's minutes are unrestricted let him start, and Garrett back him up.

Don't play nice. Lucas is complete trash.
 
No. Let Corbin continue to play him to secure his future... and ours.
 
I agree, Lucas is bringing the team down. We can lose just fine without him, but at least lose with some dignity.
 
I never understood why they brought him in. Yea I am sure people thought he would help the tank and he has but the way the GM talked him up was ridiculous. Guy isn't even a real NBA player.

I know what you're trying to say Rev - give Burke more minutes.


But I think Ty is trying to ease Burke into it at the moment - Burke said that his finger felt a bit "sore" after the game against the Pelicans... so I think Ty's just being cautious. Can't be careful enough about these things.
 
Lucas went to Lindsey's alma mater, Lindsey worked with his dad and they are friends. Lucas is staying.

I still really like Lindsey, but, as I have posted elsewhere, I think the Lucas problem is on him and, as much as DL is a quant jock, I tend to believe that he had a cognitive bias for Lucas and some emotions that helped bring him to the Jazz

Part of this, also, has to do with the DL wanting to bring in character guys, after reflecting on the importance of locker room culture (think Raja/ Ty's power struggle) and how it affects the outcome on the court. But great guys who can't put the ball in the hoop…. not sure they are helping much.
 
Lucas, like Burks, is what he is. He is an 8-10 min per game backup that when he gets hot can really help you.

Like Burks, quit asking him to do what he can't.

Glad to know Lindsey is filling a roster spot in the most competitive basketball league in the world with the intent of helping his millionaire friend's millionaire son.
 
Corbin doesn't like Lucas, Lindsey does. Lucas and Lindsey both went to Baylor, and Lindsey has known Lucas since he was in diapers. Lindsey is doing his old friend a favor, and also securing the tank. Why do you think Lucas got a two year deal?
 
Lucas knows he is Lindsey's guy, and for a two year contract he is probably more than happy to be Lindsey eyes and ears.

Hot - this isn't about Burke. I just can't stand Lucas. He can't run the offense, he can't shoot, and can't defend. So why should he continue to see court time?Garrett came in from Walmart and has looked night, and day better than Lucas. I just can't stand to watch him anymore.

He should be cut or buried deep on the bench.

You hate Lucas for the same reasons that I love him. When we're playing ****ty teams play Lucas. Let Burke and Garrett play the whole game against the Big Boys.
