I am not good at it. I am half decent in only one sport with racket - badminton.

I love badminton, you play for 1 hour in a gym, that's your work out done, cardio, stretch, power, etc. everything all combined in 1...


Very minimal chance of an injury too and it doesn't feel like working out, it's fun.
