Buying a championship?

Don’t all championship teams buy the championships by contracting big stars?

Cle, GS, Dallas, Boston, LA, San Antonio, all bought superstar players to win. Even Dallas and San Antonio. Dallas had kidd, Terry, Dirk, and chandler; 2 mvps and 1 DPOY. San Antonio had 3 HOFs and a budding superstar in kawhi.

If we are going to win a championship in this 21st century then we need to obtain at least one more star if not two.

Think we’ll score another spida or Rudy in this draft?
 
Lebron can somehow pull this off and win the championship you can just crown him the best ever. Its gonna take him averaging about 50 to do it though.
 
Boston will soon have all stars delux. Irving, brown, Tatum, and Hayward for sure. Morris and horford could potentially be all stars too. Boston is stacked.

Philly could potentially have 3 if their rookie who never played this year ever gets healthy (physically and mentally).

The jazz aren’t far away. But they aren’t going to get over the hump without adding another all star player at the 3 or 4.

He was getting them so many wide open threes..... unfortunately he can’t make his teammates make the open shots every time.

Oddly, I don’t see him winning more than 1 against golden state. Yet somehow I can see him winning multiple games against Houston due to their lack of championship experience.

I think tomorrow’s game 7 will determine who the champion will be.

I hope it’s Houston. I’m tired of watching this same golden state and Cleveland movie. It’s been played out.
