Fine, Klay makes them both. He is an elite shooter as well. He is a great FT shooter and has makes them in the clutch.
And then our players shoot their FTs. And you believe that they can make them. I mean, goodness me, I coach sports. If you don't trust your players, what's the point?
And you can't make coaching decisions based on assumptions. Just like how Gobert wasn't it because of fears that he'd get fouled after rebounding and miss free throws. Why are you getting ahead of yourself and worrying about FTs. Worry about securing the rebound first. Without the rebound, there is and indeed there was no free throw. Same thing with this. If the Warriors hit the three, there are no free throws. Foul, go on from there. One play at a time. Or put Rudy in. Or lure the Warriors in with a free lay up opportunity.
