Franklin asked him about insurance and they talked a little. He could turn it in as an expense.
FWIW about the guns: I never felt threatened or worried about them. I never noticed either of them drinking anything. Those of us not packing were the only ones to make a big deal about it. But I do agree with Gameface that they should have asked permission.
This is tempting.
La Chica Loca was under strict orders not to play. Had she not been begged to play and given free chips I think she would have obeyed.
Everyone in your group was pretty cool. The guy open carrying seemed like a good guy. I do think the right thing to do would have been to ask me if it was okay to open carry at the game. I still wonder what his thought process was on the whole thing.
My buddy was a little offended. I think what you said to him was "Oh, you're that little gay guy." or something like that. Just to clarify, La Vida Loca and EMO girl brought their other friend last time, and he is in fact gay. My friend, who played last time, is not gay and wasn't really sure where you were coming from with that comment and I think he fired something back at you. It's all good. I think everyone involved is over it.
Carrying the gun on public property would have been a political statement, not bringing it into someone's house without clearing it first. Kudos to gameface to handling it well, I would have been much more offended.
You might sound like a scared puss, but you're still right. The point was getting into the motivations rather than arguing semantics. I'm still praying for you BTW.
Well then his motivations don't really make sense. Sounds like his true motivation was to feel like a big man. I couldn't say for sure, did he come with a girl or alone? How much Axe body spray was he wearing?
Hopefully I'll be able to make one of these games, but I'd sure feel a lot better about it if there was no chance of it turning into the OK Corral.
