Honestly, if Brown was fighting with the officer, then I have no sympathy. He was seen acting like a thug immediately before the incident, so I don't think it's much of a stretch to believe he was mostly to blame for the situation. My mind isn't made up, but this doesn't seem to be the obvious abuse of power some are making it out to be.
For how long after such a fight does the officer have the right to shoot him with impunity, in your opinion?
