Possible PG Solution

Hey all, long time lurker here, finally decided to post because I thought this might be a good idea.

There's this guy from Russia named Alexey Shved, he's like 6'5 and 175 with a sick handle and good athleticism. Already getting interest from several NBA teams as a PG, I figured signing him to something like a 3 year 10 million deal would be nice to at least have him as a backup. Draftexpress said that he plays similar to Goran Dragic (sp?), but he's only 23. Let me know what you guys think!

Look I know that he's not really a name that people know, but look at his stats, look at the scouting reports on him and watch some tape. He's got some good talent, just wanted to put something new out there.

What the hell? A new poster and he's not getting flamed for his first post??? You've dissapointed me, Jazzfanz....

PS: It's not a bad solution. Real good PG size, very good shooter.

Alexey Shved is a nice PG, definitely better than our current back up PGs. If CSKA had given him more chances instead of stupid Teodosic, they could've won the Euroleague title.

One thing I can guarantee about Shved is that he will play smart Basketball most of the time.

Really like this kid from the extensive 3 minutes of youtube footage I just watched.

Quality backup PG.

The only concern of me about him is not being an actual PG, he's a SG or combo guard at best. But he can definitely run offense as a back up PG and actually would be better at PG in the NBA because he's weak physically for the 2. However he has high game IQ and nice shooting touch and passing ability for the 1.
