Moses Moody is just sitting there getting DNP-CDs for a team trying to compete for the last time with their championship core.

It's just such a no-brainer move IMO.

Not if he's on a 45mil contract and gonna take a chunk of your cap space. If Lavine is willing to take on a reserve role as the 3rd/4th option or even as a 25 min scorer off the bench then sure. But whoever's getting him is expected to be building the team around him, which is the reason Bulls not finding any suitors right now.

15 years ago teams would jump on the opportunity of getting a guy like Lavine. Just a different ball game today.

Warriors are kind of tricky to deal with the Draymond suspension they have emerged as having a lot of quality depth.

Originally I thought Clarkson/KO would be a great combo for them, but they are so deep they might be looking more at making a major upgrade by shipping out multiple guys for one player.

Also because he can't playmake and function as a PG like what the video suggested. Lavine is simply too one dimensional for today’s game, which is why no team wants him right now.

I’m with you. I was a proponent of trading Ingles for him a few years ago. I like Moody a lot.

Figuring out a deal that works for both sides is the tricky part.

I don't think they are dying to do that deal anymore.

They are going to have a lot of options. It could be a possibility.

I think if CP was out for the year with injury they would look at deals like this and sell it as "win-now" but look to reduce their heavy tax by taking back 23-24M for his 30M deal.
