prediction: OKC will make a strong play for Dwight Howard

Durant leaves a lot to be desired. I think he was exposed this year.

Great 3 point scorer and FT shooter.

Not a leader, soft, and a player that cannot get it done in the playoffs.

If he adds more weight, defense, physicality, and maybe a driving game, then he'll be scary. But as of right now, he's just a 7 foot spot up shooter to me.

Westbrook and Harden scare me far more. If we can get those two guys outta OKC, that would be wonderful.

Dwight and Durant might be good. But not nearly as good as a Westbrook, Harden, and Durant core that actually figures out how to play together (which they might never).

Durant is 22, guy.

I'd like to see Orlando do better than
Westbrook + Ibaka + Aldrich + picks

I HOPE I'M WRONG HERE. TRUST ME. I JUST HAVE A BAD FEELING ABOUT THIS....

The Jazz got more for Williams then that. I see Howard comanding more in return then Williams did, but who knows.

The Jazz didn't get a player of Westbrook's caliber (yet anyway) in the trade. He averaged about 22/8/5 last year. And he's 22! Derrick Rose averaged 25/8/4. Very comparable players!

Here's the catch though--Howard has to agree to sign an extension, so he can effectively choose where he wants to go.

The season hasn't even started and Chris Paul is saying he wants to go to NYC.

You think Dwight Howard or Chris Paul want to head for the bright lights of Oklahoma City?

With the fan base they have, and a legitimate superstar to help shoulder the load, I can't see why they wouldn't. Although it wouldn't surprise me to hear them talk down OKC regardless of the potential domination they could experience there, so that they can have easier access to some manhattan martinis and wallow in the suck that is carmello.

They'll dangle Westbrook and Perkins + picks, and they'll agree to Westbrook and Ibaka + picks. They'll even throw in their second-year center from Kansas with the goofy shot, whose name.escapes me. Then, the Jazz are screwed ...

Jackson/Maynor
Sef/Harden
Durant
Perkins
Howard

I wanted to give some crap to NAOS for his thread but this gem stole the show I think.
