About 90% of my work is outside (summer and winter), yes. I'm blessed right now to be doing a mini remodel in a school though. At least I've got air conditioning until Aug 11.

God bless you. I'm in my attic or crawlspace for two minutes and I'm sweating bullets.

We pretty much refuse to go in attics in summer, unless they're willing to let us in before 7 am. Plus it's a Benjamin on top of the normal costs for us to climb in.

Nice! I had a licensed friend rewire (it was all aluminum) my whole 2,800 square foot house with copper, put in a new panel (200 I think?), put in a new box or whatever it's called on the side of the house, and also put in new outlets in a few different places (basement, etc.) and put all new recessed lighting in two rooms. What would you charge for that?

Without looking at it, there is absolutely no way to know. But it's good you got rid of that aluminum. That's one of the biggest mistakes in the industry.

I have a completely open and unfinished basement and an attic (at the time) that had two inches of insulation and was very open as well. I also have about 45 outlets in the house I am estimating. Could you give me a ballpark? I'm just curious.

Off the top of my head, very rough estimate, you would probably be looking at $4000 to $5000 including the new panel and meter.
