Quin must go

In no way calling for Quins head, but if I have to open another first quarter with 6 or 7 Rubio shot attempts clanking off the rim I might break the tv

I agree but even after Rubio's tank-show we were right there after halftime. This loss isn't on just Rubio. The whole team folded. And Donovan was atrocious for a spell.

I don’t think Quin has a ton to work with. He’s the same coach that won 51 games last season and a playoff series. Coaches are important, great players are more important.

This kind of competitiveness from players bothers me as a fan. I like Royce, but after getting embarrassed by the worst team in the league and showing little to no effort as a team, the last thing you do if you care about losing is post this on twitter:

Not to mention Favs smiling and joking, Donovan smiling and joking before they even leave the court. Sorry, as a competitor a sorry loss like tonight should bother you more than when the buzzer goes off. Maybe i was spoiled by guys like Stockton and Malone who were true competitors and not patting the opposing guys on the back for embaressing them. I would prefer the D-Will grumpiness after a bad embaressing loss like this at least I knew he cared about losing.

Please no.

Players don't have to be dbags in order to be competitive. Would you rather have Duncan or Kobe as a teammate?

Also, players do compete on the court but once the horn sounds, it's over. They understand it's a game and most players don't let it interfere with their friendships. At the end of games they go and say hello to their buddies, smile, make jokes. Even during games! (lol JR Smith:D)

There are a few uber competitive players who don't give a crap about anyone. But yeah, not everybody wants to be Westbrook

I understand your point and we all love those old-school rivalries/beef between players, but I care more about what I see on the court

Quin's offense is hot trash and hard to watch. Gordon Haywood, Boris Diaw, Trey Lyles and an often injured George Hill weren't worth 20 more wins than Udoh, Jerebko, Thabo, and Mitchell. Quin is simply refusing to try anything much different than 40 and 50 with this group. Even his HORNS transitions into 50 more often than not.

His defense also sucks ***.

If Donovan is off, we are far and away the most unwatchable team in the league

Yeah, Snyder is pretty widely recognized as one of the better coaches in the league.

Just for kicks and giggles, fans who are quick to blame the coach should pay a visit to a Spurs forum. Nowadays, you'll find spurs fans who think Pop is trash and his lineups suck. It's pretty funny, and it really puts things in perspective as to sports fans in general.

How does a coach keep trotting out the same lineup that just doesn't work?

Is Snyder the ONLY one who doesn't see Rubio, Favors and Gobert doesn't work? I was excited a couple of games ago to hear Hood was finally starting. And then I see he substituted Hood for Ingles instead of moving Bricky to the bench.

I'm quickly souring on Snyder. The defense sucks, the offense is easy to guard. Sure, some players have developed under his coaching, but some have not. I'm not sure his success rate is much different than any number of other coaches.
I've been waiting for the last straw on this whiney mofo. Just happened. Ignore function activated.

It's time to re-balance your life, braugh

Why Quin never gave a chance to Tyrone Wallace? He is a starter with the Clippers and he is playing very well.

He didn't believe in Lyles either.

I don't want the Jazz to trade Hood and he becomes an All-Star with another team.

Lyles was given plenty of chances and just didn't play well. But he was flipped for Mitchell. Can't argue with that.

As for Wallace, he needed to knock another player off the roster. Sometimes players develop, sometimes they don't. Good for Wallace. As a reminder, he was initially waived by the Clippers after training camp. Jazz didn't have a roster spot for Wallace last year. Was he going to make the team ahead of Hill, Exum, Mack or even Neto? Not based upon what he had shown up to that point. Jazz took a chance with O'Neale this season over some others. He's making DL look pretty smart with his play.

This right here should disqualify from any serious discussions about any sports team.
Lol. Im also a life long supporter of the Hawthorn FC so Ive seen my share of empires and dynastys.

But please. Fill me in on all of the teams you support.

Snyder's warts as a Coach are showing.....the great developer of young talent and who's on the trading block....Favors ,Hood ,Burks, the Jazz young vets all of them playing the last 3 yrs under Snyder. Chances are as soon as their moved they will flourish after getting away from Snyder's coaching.
Hayward bailed out on Snyder ...didn't like Snyder?

How long do we have to watch Snyder put round pegs in a square hole .....that's his offense.
