Quotes from Timberwolves forums now that they have a 48% chance of missing the play in, and we own their picks

Wolves fans are the worst. Wish we could’ve just done Mike and Bogey a solid by giving them a better situation than the Pistons and TWolves. Gotta take the best deals on the table though.
If we’re talking about Bojan, I’ll invoke KOC’s “sometimes the best move is no move.”

No worries boys, low point is still coming when we lose to the lakers with 3 of our players from last years team
This would be next level pain. Imagine being 6th seed, making a win-now trade and then falling out of the play-in while the two teams you made that trade with surge from 11 & 13 and push you further down.

Thank you JA. GOAT.

Okay I admit it already!!! I secretly watch Wolves games and root for Gobert, Conley and NAW to succeed. I can't help it, I just feel bad for those guys.
Don't worry though, deep down in my heart of hearts, I know that they won't make it because: a) their coach is a frickin moron, and b) you can't expect to win in this league when you're primary option is an immature ball hog that averages over four turnovers a game.

This has been by far the most disappointing Wolves season I’ve witnessed, which is saying a lot.

Hey everyone. I know us Wolves fans are a weathered bunch, but if this team is bringing a lot of negativity into your life, please find the strength to step away for a week or two. Basketball should be fun, not a chore. Take care of yourself.

Also, fire Connelly.

It’s insane how we are going to miss the play in. It’s insane how this team went from exciting with a great future last season to having no future next season. The next 10 years have been ruined by a single trade

I don't think I've ever been less enthused with a Wolves team than I am this season. Long time fan needs a long time break from this squad.
Gotta feel for some of these people. Their outlook took a drastic turn for the worse this summer.

It's funny how fan on many tems are kind of blind,? Putting the problem on Rudy ( and on Mike who just arrive !) is just ridiculous. Ant poor shooting at clutch time ( Don style). KAT missing half of the season, poor quality bench ( except Naz) .... new comers are the easy target for the fan.

You resume it all. The coach is the worst i have seen in 40 years following NBA. And Ant is a good promising player but he is not a playmaker. If they ask him to focus on scoring and defense, it may work , if not it wil never works.

I feel sad for Rudy who play at his normal level since a month and even more for Mike who spend most of his times in the corner waiting for the ball...... the good point is that if they **** up the end of the season which will arrive uless KAT come strong which i don't believe will happen, it give us another chance to get a good pick.

I dont think they are putting the problem on Rudy as in he is a bad player.... they are putting the problem on the Rudy trade. They made a win-now-mortgage-your-future move and are not winning. And if they had kept Kessler, Vando, Beasley, Pat Bev they would surely be in a better situation..... and this is not debatable.

You are right that Ant is a bigger part of that problem. He is not a winning player (at this point) and is yet another proof how talent is not the only thing that matters. They needed to let him mature (if he can) and for KAT to develop his toughness and defense... instead they made a trade to try to cover up their weaknesses instead of actually letting their young players grow.

However lets just be happy for us, since obviously that trade was great for this franchize and together with the Cavs trade could possibly guarantee us being in a very good position for the next decade.

I don't hate on the Wolves fan-base, they have been long-suffering in a manner that has been seldom seen in professional sports. But I really enjoyed these quotes, mostly because it just hit home exactly how hard DA BF'ed their FO. OMG. LMFAO.
