Not so much, how does Livingston compare to, say, Exum, or Mudiay. Also it's a bit different when you are running out top-3 guys at their position, perennial all-stars at multiple positions, and perennial MVP candidates. You can absorb that when you have 2 (and it was 3 for a couple of years there) of the maybe 4 guys on the planet capable of going like 9 for 14 from 3 and dropping 40+ on any given night.
Lol. Exum isn’t a project, O’Neale Davis Green,Niang
Just a cursory glance shows Livingston, Iguodala, Cousins, Bogut on the team right now. In the past they have had David Lee, Leandro Barbosa, McGee, Pachulia, Clark (who turned into a 3-pt machine while he was there), Nick young. Yeah, not a boat-load of A-listers off the bench, but a few just past their prime, and sure some projects as well, but always with fully serviceable and experienced veteran role-players for depth. We are pinning our hopes of depth on Mudiay, Green, Exum and 4 2nd-rounders drafted this year. Not exactly the same.
green and Green and Exum aren’t projects. Lol

I'll give it a B. I like Conley, don't mind what we gave up for him and think he should be solid. For late 2nd's our rookies have been looking great so far. We've made some good signings at the end of the rotation/fringes (Davis/Green/Mudiay). The deal I'm not sold on is Bogdanovic, he's a good starter who should fit well, just think it was an overpay and think we'd have been better served breaking that money into 2 different players (I think guys like Thad Young/Aminu could've filled the starting 4 spot well and we could've still had money for another solid role guy). Oh well, I do think we've taken a step forward and am really hoping we can contend next season!

What are you talking about?

Tobias Harris wanted to come to Utah.
Bobby Portis wanted to come to Utah.

Once Bogdonavich heard we were heavily interested, he really wanted to come.

Jeff Green came here bc he wants to win a championship.

Jared Dudley wanted to come here for the same reason.

Those are all good, solid veteran players that wanted to come to Utah. Are they elite stars? No. We're not going to attract those. We never have. Utah had two HOF players for damn near two decades and still wasn't a FA destination. Utah is now, for the majority of players.

But hey, you pay attention. What would have made you happy?

Mike conley was another major reason why Jeff Green wanted to come here

Davis doesn't have much of a jumper but he can drive dunk do put backs and such
My biggest fear when losing Favors concerned offensive rebounding. Favs killed teams with putbacks at critical moments. Signing Ed Davis has really alleviated those concerns for me.

We don't lose rebounding but will now lack favs erray of offensive post moves.
Bojan and Green make up for it in the perimeter. Davis will just be boards and putbacks

A championship. Nothing less.

But obviously you don't pay attention. I've said I'm happy with our moves. They did something. I am just not pretending that a few underachievers and projects = championship depth. I would have preferred portis over both green and Mudiay combined. I would prefer we trade Exum for portis maybe or a solid 4. I don't see any of those FA signings beyond Conley and bog as any kind of coup. In no way do they represent an opening of the flood Gates. I think when we signed him that Joe Johnson was a far better get than either green or Mudiay.

Turn in your analysis card. Exum is a lifetime project. Mudiay is a project. All of the 2nd rounders are projects. Niang is a project. Go sit in the corner and think about what you've done.
