He doesn't sound all that motivated to play based on what i've heard on his podcast.I'll be the one to say it:
Sign Deron Williams. We've got a roster spot and a disabled player exemption.

The disabled player exemption is to replace an injured player. It's not the same as getting a credit to sign a guy who is disabled. That is the Americans with Disabilities Act. Not the same thing.I'll be the one to say it:

Seriously, why not just sign Stockton? Corey Crowder looked like he was in pretty good shape watching his son. Why do people pine for these guys whose playing days are clearly behind them? Just bring in the best non-affiliated PG in the GLeague. Or Naz Mitrou-Long had 21-10-6 for the Stars in their last game. I'll bet Utah brings him up on a 10-day.
Is he living in Dallas or SLC?All that dude does is ski now. I doubt he is in basketball shape, or even trying to be.
Couldn't he have coordinated this with Exum's return?
You'd have to buy him out of his color commentating job.John Crotty is available FWIW
How many minutes was Neto averaging lately, around 6-8? He really won't be missed. Even without Dante returning, Mitchell could play more at the 1, with O'Neale picking up more time or AB returning from exile.Per Tony Jones Twitter there's a good chance Dante plays this week. That should lessen the blow somewhat, although I'm not sure to what degree Exum will be able to contribute right away.
