I've received that exact same neg-rep. Mine was accompanied by "what" -- so I think the guy just doesn't know what it means.

Follow up -- just received another neg from the gentleman, from the post I just quoted, this time accompanied by the following comment:

I disapprove of all your posts and I hope you DYE your hair.

I'm pretty sure this is the guy who negs me every couple of days for completely innocuous posts. It's clear he just waits for his rep cache to clear and then negs me for whatever post of mine he happens to see. On the subject of dying: we all die eventually. If you really dislike me so much you want me to die, take heart. According to Glenn Beck it's the end of the world.
