I think he's referring to the lighter colored green dots in the rep area. The first five are dark, after that they're lighter.

I have received many positive reps so far, and I thank you all for them.
And then there's one overly sensitive, snot-brained individual who gives me negative rep every chance he/she gets, seemingly. Not surprising, giving this person's mental makeup.
