Rodney Hood's Career Night

I'm glad we spread it around and got some key players extra rest. Rod was ****ing awesome during that stretch, though. I haven't seen a jazzman in that kind of zone in a long time.

Kobe just played in the second half guarding Hood

Was at the game, and seemed like all Kobe cared about was keeping hood from getting the record. In my mind it was a shameful display. At one point he let chose to let Mack drive in for a wide open Layup instead of risk hood hitting another three. It was like he was playing a separate game then the rest of his team.

Want indisputable proof that Byron Scott is a God-awful coach?

"Kobe wanted to take on the challenge," Lakers coach Byron Scott said. "It's a damn shame our oldest player has to take the challenge. It says a lot about him, obviously. It's what he has done all his life, but nobody else wanted to step up and take that challenge."

That's right. Not only is he praising Kobe for abandoning team-defense completely, he also used it as an opportunity to throw his young players under the bus.

Unbelievable.
