Rondo Trade?

The only other possible Burks trade would be to Sacramento for a carton of cigarettes, but I don't think Vlade would part with the cigarettes.

When has Rondo been a good mentor? When he gave up on two consecutive teams?

Like I said, you want to use a playoff series as proof Rondo can defend again, but using a post LaVine injury for Rubio's shooting, where his usage rate INCREASED, apparently means nothing. It's just faulty logic.
 
I really like Rubio but not for the Jazz. I think his shooting this year was just a hot 6-7 weeks and i don't see that being sustainable. It's a must to dump Burks given who we drafted.

And we just need to bit the bullet and pay George Hill if that secures Gordon. Trim the deadweight like Boris, Burks and then work on the young guys developing over the next 3-4 years.

The last two years. Especially in Chicago. I posted some quotes about it above. Kids grow up and it looks like Rondo has. Chicago has raved about him all season and his mentorship and positive influence on the younger players. He even stuck up for the younger players when Wade was bashing on them.

No, I used all of his career as an example of good defense except for two seasons when he was frustrated at mailed it in. Rondo was solid on defense all season, in the playoffs and last season as well.

I also said he was solid in the playoffs but that is not all I said.

I agree with most of that except that we need to dump Burks. If we don't have room then sure, but Burks contact is not preventing us from re-signing Hill or anyone else right now. Might as well let him play and see if he can improve his worth or at least keep him until he is an expiring contract instead of giving up assets to dump him.

Also let the rookie beat him out for minutes.

Dude do you have a problem with reading comprehension? I proposed unloading point guards as opposed to unloading Burks. Did you even watch the draft or hear about Teodosic? Gotta say I'm not overly impressed with your tirades, what are you like five years old?

We only have 2 PGs on the roster and they currently cost 6 million combined.....

Who are we going to unload? Neto and save 1.5 million? I think you fail to comprehehnd the reason behind the trade. It's not a roster spot, it's cap space.

And yes, your vague questions were confusing as **** and made, and continue to make, no sense.
