Lucas seems like a pretty interactive, confident guy too. Probably a good locker room guy.

Maybe the rooks should keep the nails on, so when they play the opponents will be too distracted.

Rudy was kinda tense at the start but then rolled with it. Favors is such a cool and dude, I hope he stays more. The more I watch Lucas III the more I like him. Also, his head is so perfect!
 
I don't get it personally, but hey, it's been going on for years and apparently it helps team chemistry. There probably is something to the thought that it keeps their egos in check and helps overcome college star syndrome where they were the man. Ok, i get it now kinda, it happens in the wild at least that's what the nature shows say.

It's probably just a recurring cycle. Rooks get hazed, once they aren't rooks any more they want to haze the new rooks because it wouldn't be fair if they were the only ones hazed. It's a psychological syndrome.
