Rudy Gobert has got to go

Gobert and Kanter were why they let Kanter go, not Favors. But overall yeah, it's been a let down. Injuries didn't help.

[Replying to LoPo]: AK sucked is why we let AK go. I'm fine that we let Kanter go for Favors (though I think we could have gotten a bit more for him than a pick that became Rubio and Threebor, but I don't care debating that -- all I know is that two teams were willing to max him at the time).

I've always been hopeful but never saw, from the eye test, "OMG this guy will be an all-star." I'd love if he could net us Crowder and I don't really see any reason for us to not do that.

I don't know what got fed to some of our fanbase since we got the guy, but the Favors coolaid is still being passed around. For **** sake, some people want to trade Gobert to build our post around Favors.

Favors is the biggest disappointment and its not close.

The reason he won't net us Crowder is because the Cavs hangup the phone when DL is halfway thru the question.

Kanter acting the fool and demanding a trade and Gobert ready to unleash hell behind him. Kanter being traded isn't because of Favors IMO.

Crowder provides the Cavs a much needed wing defender. He has increased value to them. NAOS is right.

He wasn't a cancer and its not his fault we played him out of position. At PF, AK was a nightmare for other teams. He was practically Draymond. Imagine how much less valuable Draymond would be if they made him play the 3.

His emotional volatility may not have reached "cancer" levels but it was detrimental to the team. It affected his play, along with being out of position, and as a result his value compared to his contract tanked and it hurt the Jazz long term. Everyone shares some blame there. Coach, FO and AK.

I cannot allow this ****. Dray is who he is for a ****ing reason, and that's because he's tough and is rock solid on his fundamentals.

AK was a supremely talented, soft as ****, aloof jackass that didn't care about fundamentals. You could play Dray as a 3 today or any day, you couldn't play AK as a 4 because he was too weak and he wasn't good as a 3 because he couldn't shoot.

There is no comparison to the two other than they play in the NBA. One is one of the most versatile players to ever live, one of the foundations of one of the great NBA teams constructed, and takes what's given; the other was mostly just an insanely talented weirdo that could only produce when fed possessions and coddled on losing basketball teams.
