Sim Bhullar is supposed to have a 9'9" standing reach, he's also reportedly 7'5" with an 8'2" wingspan. Somehow I'm skeptical about this, though its feasible these giants can fluctuate a bit in size. The source looks more legit than I was expecting.

Mamadou N'Diaye on DX's mock draft can dunk without jumping. as can Tacko Fall who's going to be a freshman at UCF. Hopefully Rudy will 7'3 by he time they hit the league.

He might have grown the last couple years, at least his arms. In this photo perfect posture does not get him to within 3 inches of the rim like he does now. He is 19 years old here I think.

Dude his elbows aren't even extended, his hands and fingers aren't even extended, and he is reaching with two arms.

Extending the arms, extending the hands, and reaching with one hand (allowing the shoulder to extend more) plus the two inches gained from improved posture, could easily be 9'9.
