This seems like the Jazz are giving up way too much. Favors is a borderline all star and at this moment the best player in the deal. He was a #3 pick. Jazz should get way more than the #4 pick and Calderon.
 
A major step backwards if they trade Favors. Not to mention what this does to the team long term. Do you honestly think Hayward will resign to go through another rebuild? Cause that's what this is. And Millsap can't guard players taller than him, so how does that sit with Gobert? Think he resigns? If this goes down, it could destroy any chance we have at contending, unless this rookie is a Lebron or KD. And frankly, I don't see either in this draft.

Don't be an *******. You can attack Jody for the strength of his sources, but he wrote several columns about both his depression and weight gain in what I consider to be a pretty courageous display. Far more courageous than your shtick being an anonymous troll on a message board.

Frankly, I think he's the best of the local paper beat guys - way better than most of the folks at the Trib and better than the guys at the papers in most of the cities I've lived, including major markets like NYC, Chicago, and SF.

Being depressed gives him free pass for making spread rumors that hurt people? I think punk is asking if this is why he does this. No need for raise your voice my friend.
 
Won't happen, but I think it'd be fun to see tall ball vs the trend in small ball with a lineup of Exum, Hayward, P. Millsap, Favors, and Gobert with Cotton, Burks, Hood, Evans, and Myles coming off the bench...
 
Will be seriously disappointed if we trade Favors. Don't give a rat's *** about Millsap. Favors is still showing growth and development.
 
Favors can be our Klay Thompson! As in ... piece that was dangled in trade rumors that takes the next step to all-star team the next year. I really hope we don't screw this up.
 
Unless it's Towns they can't be this stupid.

I wouldn't even be a fan of it for Towns, but really hate it even for Porz or Okafor.
 
One dumbass reporter makes up something he thinks is sensible, and other dumb reporters decide to pile on. Not buying this **** for a minute.
