In response to the lizard, I would have grabbed cardboard or a box and relocated the lizard outdoors.
I only kill flies, bugs, and spiders.
The cats take care of the mice, and my husband takes care of the rest.

Killing a calf with a hammer, that's brutal. a quick gun shot to the head would have been better. Although was it not given antibiotics or anything? Scours are usually not a death sentence.

At that age you had an over abundance of baby batter on the brain. No way you could have made a rational choice. Let it go. You've tortured yourself long enough.
