Still feel though that in these type of cases the deceased really has no voice.. especially the baby in this case. Nobody would ever know what had really happened to her and that's really really sad.

Yeah not enough evidence the other way. But of course there wouldn't be because 1 month had passed since the baby was buried and all you've got left are skeletons and you can't tell whether the baby was a stillborn or was alive.Guilty of abuse of a corpse, but not murder or manslaughter.
I'm talking about these murder cases where the deceased cannot tell the story, and in this case it was the baby.Especially the baby? Was someone else deceased?
