Sluggish load times?

It could just be me. But has anyone else had sluggish load times the last few days? Was there an update made on the site that may be contributing to the slow load times? Again, it just might be my crappy technology.

I was experiencing this too. I thought it was just waiting for all the ads to load. It is less on my computer, but almost locks things up on my phone.

Using Safari on iPhone and haven’t seen any improvement on my end for what it’s worth.

I'm still getting herky-jerky loading while the ads load first. Even clicking or tapping the like emojis has a little hiccup. Mostly using Samsung phone or pc, both with Chrome.

Thanks. Can’t say I've seen the ads loading first but watching the load times. Averaging about 0.6 seconds they’re telling me - pre-ads.

When quoting a post the quote takes so much time to load that my response often starts getting posted above the quote and then once the quote loads in the response gets split and the remainder is posted under the quote.

Clicking on this thread took 6 full seconds to load the thread, the ads then loaded tying up another 2-3 seconds before I could post.
