I have no doubt she's going to be a great head coach. But I think, if we change coaches, we need someone who already has head coaching experience to get over the hump. I don't really want someone who is learning on the job, not if we're at the contender level.

I barely think that counts.

If this were last offseason, I would be pulling for her. Like I said, I think she's going to be a fantastic coach. But Jerry Sloan was a horrible coach when he was with the Bulls. It takes time to learn, and, again, we are contenders now. Learning curve is the last thing we need right now.
