Maybe, but it would probably cost one of Hood or Burks plus other considerations. Both would be amazing on the Hawks.

I'd rather keep them both over getting Schroder.

The Hawks are in the best of negotiating positions. It'd be dreamy of Lyles and picks could get it done.

God no!! Why waste assets on a one year rental. As far as I'm concerned Exum is the future at pg. don't need that guy mucking things up on and off the court because he will want to start.

With Exum back next year and schro ahead of him in development it will be hard for him to regain that spot and I do believe Exum is by a mile the better talent. So no.

And I feel Dennis will have a breakout year after seeing him putting Serbia and Spain on the verge of defeat/elimination respectively only to fall short with missed clutch FTs(total FT% still pretty good)

U can't give up on a #5 pick this early. Trading for Shro is basically doing just that. Sure we don't know, but Exum is bigger, longer, a better defender, faster, and both suck at shooting. Shro is far from legit. This thread in my opinion is way premature.

That's true in a sense, but Dennis is a very, very good and engaged defender. He's very good at navigating screens and his quickness and long strides often help him ruin attacker's angles by denying their desired driving lane.

If he wasn't prone to playing heroball at times where he shouldn't(yet), I think he'd have played more crunchtime last season.
