ATL will have the space to match whatever he gets, but do they want to payout for a bench piece? I don't get the sense that Teague's job as the starter is in jeopardy. Nor do I get the sense that ATL will sacrifice the spacing and start both players (they do share time on the floor). Teague's contract is up the following year, so if they keep both players, they'll have a lot on the books for the same position at the same time. Doesn't seem Spursy (cf. George Hill trade).
Is Schröder gettable? This is probably the kind of issue that's addressed in the offseason, but who knows.
