What's new

So this is the 20 year anniversary of Jazzfanz

I was in a bad headspace and I quarreled with half the forum when I left. Now, 7 years later, I’m rich, got a hot wife, have a baby on the way, and have a lot of positive vibes. Im just here to have a good time and spew hot takes. Im afraid if I reveal who I was, I’d burn a lot of bridges with folks in here I otherwise have an indifferent relationship.

I remember u too wes good to see the old guard is still around.

O?

Oh, please. I was not suspicious at all. You bugged me about it so I did a little bit of research on my own (probably checked IP addresses, maybe posting times or things like that). And I found no evidence.

You are the one who brought it up in this thread!!

#micdrop

They started talking about black dialect, and that led into it. I didn't just bring it up. I still believe it. I wish now I had kept all that info I had collected, especially the 30 page dialogue between the two. It did exist. That's like what, 300 or so responses just between two people, arguing in the same rhetorical style … There were similar interaction on his website, as well, and he even explained what the dialect of Ain't was, calling it southern Illinois trailer-park, or something like that. That wasn't Ain't's description but OB's. I don't care anymore. I have even tried to be friends with him but he won't have anything to do with that because I refuse to believe that he isn't Ain't.

so what's that saying? the more things change, the more they stay the same?

or something like that...

(and you know that means I'm gonna post a music video now, don't you?)

I've been asked to not reply to you about this history, and I probably should not. Nonetheless, I will.

Vinylone was trolling you when he pretended to agree with you. Anyone with a half-functioning brain was aware of how fond Vinylone was of agreeing with stuff he thought ridiculous.

aintnuthin claimed to be from a trailer park in Mascoutah, and I may have repeated that, but I would never have associated his patois with such a location.

I have plenty of people to argue with, I have never needed to invent them.

What you call "the same rhetorical style" I call "using logic, evidence, and precise language", a process that seems to elude you in practice.

We will not be friends, nor even friendly, as you as you insist on saying that I am a liar and possibly psychotic because of this issue. I'm not sure why you find that hard to believe.

You were wrong, are wrong, likely will continue to be wrong.

Best part of Jazzfanz is it keeps me feeling connected to the team without paying for season tickets.

Worst part is the bickering.

Strangest part is the ads pushed at me when I visit the site. Asian women, russian women, dating sites and that one really disturbing shampoo ad that was around for months.
Ads are based on your search history... ...just saying.

I was write4u until I accused OneBrow of being Aintnuthin, but I got so much grief I changed to Eenie-Meenie. I still believe OneBrow was Aintnuthin. He still denies it.

Oh man, am I glad this has come back up. Eenie, you and I have had our differences, but you are 100% right on this one. If you go back, you'll note that I've ALWAYS believed you.

I haven't been around that long but I still remember the day I lost a bet to trout. It was a sad day indeed. Broncster is by far the easiest to win a bet on

That one time when you had to eat your pooh? That was phenomenal.

FWIW, I was here before all of you dinks.

Who let you out of your hole?

Wait, you have me beat by 1 month brother

What I don't understand was why he denies it because Aint was a very clever ALT, probably the most creative one ever on JF because of how long he was able to sustain it. But then it also showed a dark side of his personality that he wants to hide from people because at first Aint started out rather friendly and genial and then he turned dark and eventually got banned. One Brow's a smart guy without doubt but complex like many of us on here. I've had my differences with people here who I now I am friendly with like Archie. A lot has to do with not really knowing the people in this virtual reality but once you get to know more about them, you find you have more in common than otherwise. I've tried to be friends with One Brow but he won't bury the hatchet.

I deny it because it's untrue. Troutbum doesn't believe it either, he's just trolling you.

I don't usually make friends with people who call me psychotic. The reason the hatchet gets dug up is that you have the crazy need to have people agree with you on this. When you stop trying to justify yourself, I won't talk about it.

Of course, that doesn't change you being an anti-vaccine loon.
