I highly doubt Lindsay will look for a PG, given Exum will be back and Burke is somewhat excelling in the back up/instant offense role and will hopefully continue to improve on his efficiency which has taken a nice leap forward so far this season. Whilst Neto is a good third option for 1m a season.
Shooting Guard/Small forward is a bit more interesting as just like last season there is plenty of potential there with Burks, Hood and Hayward but neither Hood or Burks have really taken there chance so far this season, although they have certainly had some good moments. If Hood continues to play like he has the past five games then I wouldn't worry about strengthening our starting wings (Haywards a lock) in free agency, as there won't be anyone realistically available that would be better than Hood playing at near on 100%. However if Hood reminds to be patchy from here on to the end of the season, then I would give Nicolas Batum a big offer as I personally believe he would be perfect for our style of play. I would possibly look at upgrading Chris Johnson depending on how he does for the remainder of the season. If he can play active defense and shoot the three ball at a decent rate I wouldn't worry about upgrading him but if the past few games were flukes then I would look at James Johnson who can play the 3/4 and although he is an average shooter, he will provide energy, defense and rebounding. Ingles has a place on the team as far as I'm concerned, albeit irregular minutes, if any (dependant on injuries).
For the front court it goes without saying that both Favors and Gobert are locks and there isn't anyone in free agency who we could upgrade them for, hell we would struggle to do it in a trade. So that leaves the back ups, Lyles is starting to show some real promise and hopefully come next season can give us consistent minutes off the bench, as well as improvements in shooting and defense, whilst hopefully with the added experience his playmaking (passing, dribbling) can be an asset to the team. Withey has shown he can be a good back up for Gobert and give us rim protection for the entire game, is also on a fantastic deal (minus the length). Booker I would cut and replace him with Steve Novak who would only ever play when we are in need of instant offense and someone who can knock down a few consecutive threes, would be a cheap signing and a good locker room presence. Lastly there is Tibor who I think will continue to adapt to the NBA game and whilst I doubt he will ever capable of starting a game, i think over time he could become a guy who can come off the bench and get a few baskets, and show the odd rim protection.
Beyond this there is still room for our 2016 first round draft selection, although I think it would be best if we stashed an overseas player for this years draft choice. Then there is about 30m in cap space that can be used on a FA, but other than Batum I can't think of any FA we could target and more importantly land that would be an upgrade on our starting five.
