It would give some insight into where Corbin sits on the Popovich scale. I hope they sign him and he is as bad as I would expect him to be...

I'll bet you Josh would play well for the Spurs, considering he'd probably only play 10- 15 minutes a night.
 
Guys, it doesn't really matter if Howard goes to the Spurs or any of the other teams he's worked out for. The Jazz have zero open roster spots. Even if they wanted to (and who knows what level of interest the Jazz have) re-sign Howard, they can't.

Sure they can. All they have to do Is tell Rodger that they are giving him his full contract and release him. (Bell would take it and run like crazy) And then they have an open spot the next day. The fact that they haven't done this tells me that Howard isn't that much of a priority at this point
 
There is no reason for the Jazz to sign Howard. It would be a dumb thing to do even if they waive/buyout Raja. There is no playing time for him besides the fact he is a shell of the player he use to be. The Bobcats didn't want him. Enough said.
 
Who cares? He sucks. I doubt Spurs will sign him unless it is very cheap. They have K.Leonard who is 100X>>>>>>> then J.Howard.

Spurs wanted to sign him last year too; not sure if you remember. Jazz and Spurs were competing for him.

Nice that we were able to imbed a double agent deep within the Spurs organization. Notice how Papa Layden sold it by telling everyone that the Millers have wronged his family.

Just wonder how long it will be before Lindsey and Layden arrange a Parker for Waston, Braille + filler trade.

I'm curious about the other 2 teams. I imagine one is the Spurs. The Bobcats were also floating around, but I can't see why he would want to go to a lottery team, unless they were overpaying him. I'm still not opposed to the Jazz signing Howard, but he seems redundant with Hayward and Williams. Plus, it would limit the time that Millsap would play at SF and I am hoping to see the Big 3 line-up a lot.
 
If he signs with the Spurs then we will hear a bunch of whiners all season long saying:

'Wah... Why didn't the Jazz just keep Josh Howard'

The grass is always greener. Especially when your woman dyes it for St. Patty's day. Go GREEN!
