I still think Hayward is(can be) an ideal 2nd option on an NBA team. Versatile, athletic, underrated defender, can help to your PG, can rebound, can shoot from anywhere, and is a very good teammate. I believe all this traits of him could be seen much more clear if he wasn't stuck with with his current stupid role. A role that he is supposed to lead a bunch of young guys who are trying to prove themselves in a tanking mode with an inadequate head coach. They don't even know whether they are to win or not to win. Although I'm sure they try their best to win on the court. This kind of team/organization atmosphere is possibly the worst one for a player like Hayward.
Btw, I am all for SVG. That dude is the most fun coach in the NBA, and a very decent one too. We should have grabbed him like a season ago and rebuild the team with him.
