Start Dante for Rubio

There's a lot of things you would have to consider there, like who Exum got to play with prior to the trade and who Rubio consistently gets to play with as well. I would wager those numbers/grade would look a lot better if it's only using Exum's data since the Korver trade for example.

Main reason why I posted it is because it's a nice way to make light of Rubio's impact, why he is starting, and why a nice 5 game stretch from Dante isn't enough to give him the starting role as of yet. Exum was objectively bad for most of November, and while I'm super stoked he's turned it around in December (his Per 36 numbers since Dec 4th are impressive), the consistency is what's going to be needed before Exum vs Rubio for the starting role is anywhere near a real debate.

Sigh... I think Quin is doing a great job with Exum. If he keeps playing well he will be given more minutes, no need to freak out. Changing the starting PG is a big deal and in this case changes the whole look of the team.

What some claim about Exum being on a short lease is just false. Quin specializes in player development and if he deemed necessary to pull out Exum I’m sure it was for a good reason.

Total bulls###

You also have to take into consideration that Dante, for the most part, is playing against the opposing teams second unit

These stats are completely out of context for me. I started reading what they actually mean and went down a multi-site rabbit hole of convolution. I'm not saying they are or aren't legitimate, but we don't even know the context of what they are trying to say, or what they are counting.

There's a gigantic Rudy Gobert halo that also needs to be considered. Anyone who plays with him is getting boosts in a lot of ways that are and aren't accounted for with statistics.

Snyder hasn't developed anybody on the Jazz , he didn't make Gobert 7'1 with the longest reach in the NBA and develop his attitude. He whole heartedly played the Diaws, JJ, Mack then develop his young players. Sacramento is a team of young players and are playing ,that's development by playing them on the court .Last I looked they were doing better than the Jazz .
