I think we should start Fez vrs the Magic just because as of right now our offense just stalls with AJ in the game.
I am not saying perminately, im not saying Fez is a better player then Aj, I am just saying right now Aj is killing our team by not knowing the offense, not boxing out and by not being able to hit an open lay up.

My starting lineup would be.

Fes
Millsap
AK
Bell
Williams

Bring Jefferson off the bench.

i would say yes. take pressure of all put him on the bench.

but knowing lsoan it wont happen. if it does i will tattoo sloans face over mine

Yes.

Reward success.

And he is playing well and with energy. It would be interesting to seem him on Howard. Those really good big guys sometimes don't look so good against an even bigger big guy.

Im suprised Fess stayed in for so long, there was a point in the game where Bosh was taking him to school.

I wouldn't bench Al, but definitely give Fes 20 minutes. I think Sloan has faith in Al and thinks he will figure it out. He has been working hard to learn the system and we all know Sloan rewards hard work. Fes does deserve minutes though that's for sure.

Jefferson came into tonight 18 and 9.

Jazz probably lose Saturday night at home without two clutch defensive plays by Jefferson down the stretch.

Fes played well for about two quarters.

You can reward Fes by giving him more time without throwing a completely unwarranted FU to Al Jefferson.

Al has one bad game after being one of our top scorers for six games and Fes gets a bit of time and has two good quarters, and we want Al out of the lineup? Especially tomorrow where Al will be MUCH more rested than the other starters... you guys are crazy, man.

Good lord no. Al had a bad game. Al is far better than Fes. But if you want a practical reason, Al can get Howard in foul trouble. In fact, when Al really finds his stride in our offense he's going to put immense pressure on star bigs of our opponents. He can do that naturally when he's ISO'd in the post, but he'll be twice as deadly when he actually starts getting the easy buckets Deron sets him up with.

There were like 3 times in the first quarter when Deron set Al up and he just wasn't ready for the ball. The two I remember were a botched catch down low and an up top P&R where Al rushed a push shot. A Locked In Al sinks both of those with likely And One's. He's going to be deadly. He's just a step slow at the moment. But Fes should definitely back up Al, not Elson.

It would'nt be Jazzfanz if the demands did'nt swing wildly after either a good win or a bad loss.
