Start Bell to begin the season.. if Miles proves he ain't doggin it then let him grab the starting spot from either AK or Bell later in the season

Start Bell, no brainer. We got him here for his defense and shooting. Im sure we want him defending the opposing teams starting SG, and Im sure we want him to spread the floor for Al Jefferson to work down low.

AK would be the first player sent to the bench every game, then bring in CJ as 6th man at the SF. Then later, sub AK back in at the 4 for Sap and sub in Hayward at the 3, moving CJ to the 2 (and Bell to the bench). Thats how I see our current wing substitution working out.

Again, I don't want Miles and Hayward as backups because if Sloan plays them together like he usually does for backups, it makes for a poor combination defensively and experiencewise.

Let Bell be the first wing off the bench so that there is some time with Kiri and Bell playing together (or CJ and Bell together).

Utah benefits more by having Bell being a key cog of the backup rotation. It also saves wear and tear on Bell's thirtysomething knees because he plays a few minutes less per game and keeps him fresher for the end of games.

Utah has its defending wing in the starting lineup with Kirilenko. No need to have two of them, and it is counterproductive to have a lineup with lots of shooting and iffy defense (Hayward + Miles).

Bonkers, you are so predictable. LOL. Same old same old trying to defend your boy. If only he could play. Sad.

Haha. Even when called out you don't answer and still have not made a single post about anything Jazz related besides CJ. Still the scorned lover?

I may be predictable (I like players with talent not just the players that "work hard") but you never make any but the same post, over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again.

Where's the "Neither" and/or "I'd rather cut my balls off with a rusty bicycle chain than start/play either of those pooh wankers"?

I'd probaby vote for the second option.

My starting 5:

Dwill
Bell
Miles
Millsap
Jefferson

Like the Suns of recent yore in an alternate universe. Shortish but instead of speed, built for more methodical Sloan stuff.

Dwill (Nash)
Bell (younger, pre-injury Bell)
Miles (some guy who's athletic and can shoot the 3 a bit)
Millsap (Marion)
Jefferson (Amare)

Could do well in the regular season. But could also get stomped in the playoffs by a taller team.
