Yeah the better massage joints have a hole you can stick it into, costs extra but worth it, very relaxing.
Costs extra? Lol wut? Any reputable place has that ****. Same at chiros.
Better than premature ventriculation.... just saying. When getting a massage and your nose gets way stuffy to the point it's hard to breathe. This happens to be every single time I have got a massage. Not being able to breathe takes away from the relaxation of the massage.
Seems like the massage places would have figured out a solution to this by now.

It does have the hole. Problem is that laying in that position with your nose at the lowest point of any other part of your body causes the nose to get super congested making breathing more difficultThis, fish. The place doesn’t have the hole where your face goes?

I've had bunches of massages but have never had that problem, and I have lots of sinus issues. But massages do tend to cause my inflammation issues to worsen. It does have the hole. My ENT recommends NeilMed Sinus Rinse rather than a neti pot. But however you rinse them, it really does help if you have frequent sinus infections or allergies.Have you ever used a neti pot?
Basically you hold this little pot type thing up to one nostril, tip it back and run saline from that nostril to the other and let it run out into a sink. Kind of uncomfortable until you get used to it, but it flushes your sinuses out really well.
Got to make sure to pre-boil tap water or use water that doesn't contain any micro-organisms because there's some kind of parasite that, while very rare, can basically bore through your mucus membrane into your brain and kill you. It's happened a couple times.
Huh maybe I will have to check that out.Have you ever used a neti pot?

Yeah. You do have to add "neti salt" (just pure salt without anti-caking agents or anything else) to the water or it doesn't feel very nice. It's also kind of nice if you warm it up a little above body temp, but definitely not hot or it could cause injury.Huh maybe I will have to check that out.
Would distilled water work? (I always have some for my cpap
