If anyone wants to watch the Exum-less Boomers they play in 3 hours. A win puts them in the Olympics. No Jazz players involved but Turkey plays Lithuania tomorrow. Should be a competitive match.

A loss by 10 points or less puts us in the Olympics as well. I wouldn't bother watching, went to the first game which was boring as

That reminds me of a question I wanted to ask you guys - do you think it'd be good idea for Dante to have his return on court for Australia next year in Rio? Would Australia invite him? How should the Jazz feel about it if it happened?

Game is actually at 1:30MT tonight it looks like. Only if he is fully recovered. Paul George attended minicamp and wants to play in Rio so I do not see why Dante would not play if fully healthy.

That's the thing though... it will be right about 10-11 months after the surgery when he will have to report to camp. It's right at the time when usually players are allowed to return to competitive sport. I wonder if they are simply going to play it safe and keep him out of the Olympics or let him go if invited.

Well they can't prohibit it, but I suspect the Jazz will strongly suggest he stay in SLC to rehab under the supervision of the trainers and doctors.

even as an aussie, i would rather he didn't. We aren't going to win a medal so i don't see a whole lot of point. He won't play a tonne of minutes as he won't be established in the team so the downside of potentially getting hurt again greatly outweighs playing a handful of sporadic minutes.

Lets be honest about it right now Patty Mills is a better player certainly on the offensive side so Australia probably came out ahead for this tournament.

Jazz rights hold Tomic and potential Jazz player Furkan Korkmaz face off at 7:45am MT tomorrow. What is strange that most of these prep games even involving two teams you think would produce a competitive game have been blowouts.
