Wemby will need 1 or 2 years before he can play 100% . Going from french league to NBA level is a huge adjustment. I expect Kessler to be better than Wemby at least for one more year.

I think he can play 100% right away.

He won't be able to do all the exciting guard play/shooting stuff right away,but he's going to be a dominant defender from day 1.
