Apparently you are privy to info no one else knows. The thing is that no one knows for sure. There just isn’t evidence. I’m not saying he definitely didn’t do it, just I don’t know, and you don’t really know. Isn’t it also possible they’re both telling the truth? Maybe she got the name wrong. Here's a conundrum for you Kavanaugh apologists. Considering making a false accusation is itself a crime, ought we not consider Dr Ford innocent before proven guilty?

And he was acquitted. Liable is different than guilty. Did he wield the knife? Did you see him? The truth of that one will really never be known unless he full-on confesses. You can believe he did it. You do not know it for a fact. Same as this case. The only ones who know for a fact are Ford and Cavanaugh. And unless one of them recants no one else will really know what happened. But you can feel free to choose to believe whomever you will.

This happened a few months ago. This lady is our neighbor.

I used to fear being falsely accused of something and I still do to a certain extent.

I will only say that im glad that im married. And more mature now.

A young fish in todays dating world would probably struggle to be pc enough. Maybe thats a good thing though. Maybe its a slippery slope that is beginning to go to far.

I have said that it might get to a point where the opposite sex is so worried about offending each other that they just say **** it and give up.

At this point it will go down as another OJ. No one will ever really KNOW the truth. You can choose whom you believe, but no one besides Ford and BK can say definitively that they know.

OJ guilty as **** imo. Its a travesty that he “got away with it”. The court sytem failed nicoles family all because of a technicality basically.

I am absolutely certain of his guilt.

I get the temperament argument, but keep in mind that's his temperament when he's being accused of a sex crime on national TV and being asked to answer for it in front of the Senate that's trying to confirm him for the Supreme Court. It's a pretty extreme situation, and he's under a lot of pressure, obviously. He chose the angry, defiant denial approach. He went all in.

People accused of being Communists in the 50s keep their cool better than he did. And their lives really did get ruined. And they weren't applying for a job where being objective and even-tempered is one of the critical components.
