I didn't know about Griffin. Yes, I would guess Millsap takes his place. Revised to reflect such.
OK, let's think about this logically:
- Durant starts at the 3, George is the backup.
- Harden starts at the 2, DeRozen is the backup.
You need 1 guy who can play both the 2 and the 3 in case one of those 4 guys goes down to injury. Then you have to choose between: Hayward, Parsons, Thompson.
So Hayward has a 33.33% chance of making the team, IMO.
Thompson is the best shooter and defender of those 3. I'd pick him over Parsons and Hayward. You need 1 guy who can play both the 2 and the 3 in case one of those 4 guys goes down to injury. Then you have to choose between: Hayward, Parsons, Thompson.

Derozan can't shoot though. Kind of a big negative in international ball.
As a bench option who you can just give the ball to when the offense breaks down, he's alright. Maybe Korver makes the team...Derozan can't shoot though. Kind of a big negative in international ball.
I'd do:
Wall/Lillard/Curry/Beal/Thompson/Harden/George/Durant/Millsap/Davis/Cousins/Drummond
I'd do:
Wall/Lillard/Curry/Beal/Thompson/Harden/George/Durant/Millsap/Davis/Cousins/Drummond
What about Beal and Wall?
Wall's been in the league longer than Irving...Too inexperience?
