You may not like him and he does have an expensive contract, but at least he can perform several functions (shooting and rebounding) at an NBA level. There are many worse contracts out there. Look no further than behind the Jazz bench, Rxum (sitting there in a suit) has no discernible NBA skill and he has spent far more time hurt.

Exum missed 3/4 of last year and costs $21 million for 2 more years. He is younger than about half of this yeara draft picks and has lightning speed.

Love missed 3/4 of last year and costs $120 million over the next 4 years. He is 30 and he will be 34 coming on 35 being paid $29 million in his final contract.
