2nd best playermaker isn't saying a lot when Burks was injured and our 2nd best playmaker was either Joe Ingles or Trey Burke before Hood started playing well.

It was not Burke, It was probably Ingles but that's not bad he's a pretty good playmaker as well.

Kind of like Hood saying "Dont test me on the court or I will shoot on you" (as in score buckets with his jumper).

Yes, he will. After Hayward opts out and leaves. Because Utah is nothing but a farm team for the bigger market teams in the league. The ones that aren't run by cheap owners, bad GM's and terrible coaches. That's what you really meant, right?
