EXCEPTION: Rule 12A--Section I.
i. Anyone guilty of illegal contact which occurs during a dead ball may be assessed (1) a technical foul, if the contact is deemed to be unsportsmanlike in nature, or (2) a flagrant foul, if unnecessary and/or excessive contact occurs.

You are white i can tell. White people think every contact is flagrant. This is why you cannot fight.

Matt Hughes, Conner Mcgregor, GSP, Rich Franklin, Luke Rockhold, Chris Wiedman, you get the point would all disagree with this statement

Hi naos

Denver made the free throw, so it immediately became an in-bound play the second the ball went through the hoop. Wasn't Gobert fouled directly after the free throw went in? Or are you saying he was fouled right before it went in? I guess I'm not sure.
I think the reasoning is that when the ball leaves the shooter's hands, the ball is live. The fight for rebounding position is definitely already on, so a fould could be called. Dellavadova did this a number of times going over the back of Bogut IIRC.

Edit: Too late...

I saw a game last week where a San Antonio player jumped on a player when he was inbounding the ball. They called a normal foul and went to the other end of the court and took two shots. It was so stupid. JVG was the announcer and he went crazy.

Right... basketball is such a physical game that is dominated by African American and Foreign players that never cry about contact.
