Even if what you say it true then you need to champion these popular planks instead of making the "deep state leftists are ruining the country" rhetoric your loudest message. And you need to do with a candidate who doesn't have such a low approval rating.

That is what most Americans see the Republican platform as. As long as Trump is the Republican candidate the election will be about whether you like trump or dont. Most people don't. So the best way to win THIS election is to not have trump be the candidate.

You blame any election loss on the way elections are done and ballot harvesting and whatever other crap. What you should be blaming the upcoming election loss on is WHO the Republican party is running.

Run Nikki Hailey and millions of voters, like myself, don't vote for the Democratic candidate. Then these ballots that the Democrats are harvesting are going to have less with Harris as the choice who was chosen on the ballot. Run trump and we do vote for Harris. It's quite simple. Trump is ruining the Republican parties chance of winning a presidential election way more than anything else.

Yep. Trump is who the Republican party chose. That, more than anything else, is what will be responsible for the election loss.
Trump is the platform that trumps any other platform. Trump is the Republican party platform unfortunately for them

What change? Voting became more convenient. You might as well be saying more voters = GOP losing. Tragic, I guess. The GOP shouldn't win if they can't appeal to more people.

And we must remember that trump says lots of stuff but knows very little and most of it. Most Americans realize this.
Things can be popular with people but if the people know that trump sucks at delivering on the things he says then the things he says doesn't really matter.

Mexico paying for the wall was popular. Fixing healthcare was popular.

Appealing to more people is irrelevant. Only about half of voters actually vote on their own. That means half of all potential votes are just sitting there. The changes for convenience, as you describe them, enable campaign staff to go house to house and offer the service of getting a vote to a counting center for a voter. It is like Uber Votes, with the tab being paid by the campaigns, but the vote couriers only visit addresses listed as being registered with their party. The sheer number of lazy apathetic voters means the vote couriers can overcome organic popularity of an issue or candidate. The population density of those registered democrat means the couriers contracted by the democrats have an advantage over courier contracted by the republicans. The end result is that no GOP candidate can win a national election regardless of how popular their platform or how popular they are personally. A braindead Joe Biden would beat Dwayne The Rock Johnson under the current system even if The Rock were opinion polling with a 10% lead.

Possibly. Some have argued that opening the border in the way Biden did was what facilitated the economy's soft landing. IDK if those list items will result in good things for bad things, but I do know all them have majority public support.
