I don't know enough about guns/bullets, but that seems possible based on the damage. Like if a gun hits any part of your ear isn't there going to be a lot more damage?

I wouldn't put it past him to stage something like this to look more unbeatable/powerful. I don't think that is what happened but it wouldn't shock me.

No other injuries. The "noise" happened like three times before he went down, then there was a quick series of that noise, then like a few stragglers and a final random noise. Trump was obviously injured, but it didn't seem to be bad. It didn't seem like anyone else was hurt. There was no mass panic stampede away from the scene.

I mean was that an air gun? Did Trump get hit with a pellet. Problem is the quick succession of shots. A CO2 powered air gun is weak.

If that was even a .22 it seem like more people would have been obviously hurt.
