They either can or they can't, or they won't try. If they don't even try they are just trolls and need to be ignored. It's the first time in my lifetime I've experienced such a truthfully one-sided political landscape in terms of right and wrong. All I need is someone who engages in good faith discussion. If you counter one of their points they address that, either by rebuttal or concession. The "but hey, look over here at this other thing!" strategy to keep the discussion constantly moving in a repetitive circle is good indication you're dealing with someone who doesn't want the conversation to go anywhere useful.
 
Y’all are anything but debating in good faith. Typical lefties holding others to standards they don’t apply to themselves.

No pointing in debate at all when y’all are so unchangingly biased. Won’t go anywhere but engender further polarization.

Read Thomas Sowell’s “A Conflict of Visions” if you want to understand your own bias, AND you want to genuinely understand the “other” pov. But I doubt keyboard warriors will bother reading a book.

Good luck with that. I’ve been asking for months maybe years for conservatives on here to engage in good faith discussions. It’s been a disaster. Most of the conservatives on here have become more liberal/joined with Democrats. Only the cultists remain. Especially since conservativism doesn’t mean anything anymore. All it means is “remain faithful to Trump.” Stuff like fiscal policy, strong national security (especially against Russia), adherence to law and order, and reliance on facts/expertise has gone out the window.

I read the other day that meteorologists have been receiving death threats now. Due to MAGA’s anti-intellectualism, anyone to the left of toothless cleutus butt**** living in some rural trailer in Kentucky, will receive death threats from the cult. Anyone with any intelligence will be seen as one of those stuffy snobbish edukated elitists who thinks they’re better than MAGA with all them degrees, facts, and evidence.
 
Harris losing ground. I believe her popularity is dropping. A lot. Lots of sit downs, but who watches those sit downs? Especially daytime TV. She really needed a second debate. Trump was smart to avoid another debate. Nerve wracking. Especially so with Trump now saying “the enemy within” should be our most important concern. Just what our nation needs: a fascist candidate waxing angry over “the enemy within”. Part of me has long felt we are going to have to learn the hard way. Hope I’m wrong, and just my “glass half empty” personality.

The Harris campaign needs to get back to attacking The Rapist and making fun of how weird he is. Put the focus on his insanity, danger to the country and ridiculousness. Castigating him is more effective than touting her own merits, IMO.

Just today I read about aid workers in North Carolina who couldn't provide help because they were being attacked and threatened.

Yes, that story is being pushed but oddly there is no video, no photos, and no evidence of there being any actual threats or attacks. Furthermore, the National Guard is involved, so these supposed threats would have had to go through US soldiers in uniform. Everything about this story reeks of being made up to disguise the shortfall of aid being given out due to FEMA distributing almost everything they had to migrants months ago.
