Of course he is happy. Brown people being rounded up and sent to gulags without due process. Constant attacks on LGBT folks. Gutting the welfare system. Promises that Trump will remain in power regardless of any Constitutional limits. Cutting ties to all our democratic allies and cosying up to dictators.

There are plenty of things I've enjoyed, but the single biggest is a President finally making good on a vow to enact a diligent audit of federal spending. Every President has said they would, and completing the task was always too daunting. Trump brought in a team for whom the task was not beyond their capability and it is finally getting done.
