No I don't think pop is a nice person. Does what he has to to win and keep guys engaged, but certainly not gifting a game just to be nice to the other coach..

They're old and Pop pioneered resting some of his best and oldest veterans on back-to-backs.

Also, pretty sure Quin's only relationship with the Spurs was that he was the Toros head coach. Which, I don't know, is a little bit fringe in my mind.
